Things to Consider

I describe the room in the scenes that need that detail. I need to do a better job because it can be confusing.

  1. I don’t establish myself as credible. I want to write it as a faded memory, because a lot of things happened when I was very young and cannot recall the details.

  2. I try to be unique, because since I moved around a lot as a child, I used my bed as a central place because I’ve had the same bunk bed since I was a little toddler.

  3. The intended audience is anyone who reads this.

  4. I assume my readers value comfort, and can relate how uncomfortable my living situation was as a child. I write about how uncomfortable my living situation was, because we were so poor and had to make do, but how I didn’t process a lot of things during these times, because I was so young and didn’t focus on things like this.
